Project
description
Two
existing structures had to
be totally repartitioned and reorganized
in smaller flats with as much
open space as possible. Young expatriate
executives were the target end
users. The existing elevations had to be
preserved. Only color schemes
could be used in order to drastically
relook the buildings.
Seven bungalows and a small pool house
had also to be added.
Budgetary restrictions were a main
concern throughout the design
process.
